Lack of Awareness, Misconceptions, and Cultural Barriers collectively contribute to challenges in fostering accessibility and disability training within organizations. Some individuals may not fully grasp the significance of such training, while misconceptions about its cost-effectiveness or the complexities of accommodating disabilities persist. Additionally, cultural or attitudinal barriers within the organization may hinder the recognition of accessibility and inclusion’s importance, often rooted in biases or prejudices towards individuals with disabilities. Conducting reviews and audits to identify hidden disabilities and implementing appropriate training could greatly support interaction within the organization.
